We are a group of HR Analytics Specialists looking to discuss topics relevant to pushing the art of analytics in the HR space to the next level.
Bryce Butzine is a Senior Advanced Systems/Analytics Specialist, located in Phoenix, AZ, who has a BSBA in Finance and a MSBA in Business Analytics with a professional background in Human Resource reporting and analytics. Responsible for anywhere between ad hoc reporting and statistical analysis project. His projects range from aiding co-works to highly visible executive level projects.
Andreas Sanaty is a Practice Director of Data Science, Located in Los Angeles, CA, who has a BS, with honors, in Business Information Systems. He is responsible for delivery of all Human Resource Data Science projects with a focus on Data modeling, data visualization, analytics strategy and management. Andreas has built many global analytics teams as well as leading organizations by optimizing analytics strategies which are focused on overall business objectives and keys to success.
Dan Gradows is a Principle Consultant for Reporting and Analytics, located in Phoenix, AZ, who has a BBA in Accounting and Juris Doctorate in law. With over 12 years of experience in reporting and analytics in the Human Resource space, he leads teams and clients through all levels of data science while maintaining focus on near and long term objectives at the C-suite and Human Resource levels.
